1、翻身护理。褥疮一定要勤翻身换位，当某一个部位出现褥疮伤口后，必须立即解除伤口压力，采用其它卧姿休养，避免伤口二次受压；在此基础上还要寻找多个可以躺卧的姿势，以便于轮换翻身，避免其它部位也出现褥疮。
